Prayer:
God of all strength, renew my physical body and spiritual vitality today. When I am weak, You are strong. Fill me with energy for the tasks ahead and endurance for the journey. Let Your power work through my weakness, and Your strength be made perfect in my limitations. Help me rely not on my own abilities but on Your mighty power within me.
